Hachi was easy to schedule with and warm and welcoming when I arrived for the massage and allowed me time to settle in. He checked in about what pressure I prefer and then gave a thorough, unhurried head to toe massage (front and back) including feet and hands. The massage, the music, the low lights added to a relaxing, zen experience, which I didn't want to stop. Very reasonable rates; I will go to him again! Such a kind man.
