- I have a focus in energy work and guided meditation where needed to really get whoever is on the table to relax to the fullest. There is a special headspace to really let go and release the tension and I strive to get them there

- I enjoy music and dance. You wont catch me without my headphones bopping to whatever im in the mood for.

- I hope they feel relief in their muscle and have a lighter mind. I want to create an environment for my clients to relax and let loose the stress of the outside world

- I try to travel out the state once a quarter to reset my mind. Maybe youll get a massageout of me I almost never leave home without my table

- Im a dancer and I studied massage to give relief to my fellow athletes and fell in love with it and its therapeutic properties

- I am quiet to start before I really get to know you. I enjoy a good coversation but I do have to mentally prepare myself to meet new people
