Trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Tantric. Guided meditation and energy movement are other skills I provide. I use natural oils and have a professional table.
The goal is to have you feeling relaxed, released, lighter, or any combination of the three. A full therapeutic experience is what you should expect. I can be quiet or chatty, but communication before hand is a must.
