For more than 11 years I have dedicate myself into to the movement and holistic world, helping people to improve their body-emotional-psicologycal counsiousness through bodily experiences.
My massages are focused on body-mind-emotion integration work. With the aim that you can have a complete therapeutic experience, in my sessions I combine a whole set of differents techniques: meditation and guided breathing work; trigger points, sensorial stimulation, body manipulations and rhythmic movement that, together, allow us to work with the body-mind as a whole, harmonizing and restoring your energy levels, releasing muscle tension and emotional blocks, thus contributing to your good mental, physical and spiritual wellbeing ✋🏼🌟🤚🏼
