Healing_Touch's Massage Interview
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Oh yeah, I definitely would, I love to touch, to give away love and tenderness by that...
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
I do, people love my bodywork
Why did you become a Masseur?
Because I love people and I like to please them!
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I use special techniques, I've learned in Eastern Europe, they are pretty much different, come to me, I'll show you.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Oh yes, you have to be either educated and skilled, and never forget about promotion.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I might travel almost anywhere if client wish so, but in the meantime I spend most of the time in Hollywood, FL
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
Well, I came from Czech Republic and I used to be massage therapist in clinic, so, unfortunately I don't remember my first client for theraputic massage. Here, in Florida, my first client was mid-aged beutiful man with well shaped tightened muscle body, I got really excited of this, I love what I am doing now!
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
In my opinion, if you want to be a masseur, first, you have to be educated, know anatomy and how body works, basic principals of phisiology, and second, you have to love people. See, stress accumulates in both muscles and soul. And when you do both real theraputic and relaxing part one after another you will definetely satisfy your client...
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Everybody tell, that massage is about relaxation. I agree. But almost everyone forgets about proper tonus. I want my guys to be both relaxed in mind and body, as well as be toned well!
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I love to swim, sing and BBQ!
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Be patient, while learning, it is not easy, but you know what? You'll love that!
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
I was certified 7 years ago. I do not plan to stop now, but if I ever will, I think I would continue to give massage to my close friends and regular customers!
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
Simple. I want them to be satisfied!
