Intentional and Mindful Experience
I take great pleasure in clients who arrive with intention. Whether it be to further your work at the gym, or in your personal life, or just to relax after a frustrating week. I pride myself on being very intuitive in touch and heart. A session may look different for varying folks.
Be it physical—“my neck is sore from looking at a laptop all day.” “My hips are tight from athletic training”
Be it personal-- "I'd like to work on my confidence."
Be it erotic-- "I'd like to feel body heat."
I think it’s incredibly powerful to ask for what we want, and tell ‘em what we need.
My goal is for you to breathe more deeply than when you came in. By working with me, I hope you feel a bit more limber, free, and excited to move with the new found sense of breath and energy.
I am a meditation and tantra facilitator. My experiences are sensorial. And they are holistic. This is not goal or climax oriented. This is not a quick 'off.' I’ll likely be talking through out and encouraging you to breathe while I work up the energy. We are looking for a more sustainable sense of pleasure and fulfillment.
