HotRelease's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
Yes. I still see him once a month. Though our friendship has evolved, he has definitely been one of my best clients. Always chill and super respectful.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Probably. Not only because of the money, but its a lot of fun meeting people this way. Ive been pretty lucky.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Of course.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
Im a really nice friendly sweet guy. Trustworthy and respectful. I am also a musician.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Satisfied and ready to book a future appointment.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I like swimming. Bike riding. Live music and checking out all the foodie places. I also like hiking and going to dodger games.
Why did you become a Masseur?
I really needed to figure out some extra cash. Was a graduate student and had a job, but it was not enough. Rent is crazy and im too difficult for roomates. I was already giving free massages to guys id hook up with and friends. It worked out perfectly.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Give it a try most of the guys youll meet are completely normal just like you and will treat you extra kind and most are hot. If youre into ***y daddy types.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I think everyone on this site has something I dont have and are unique in their own way. I dont really feel distinguishably different from the other masseurs.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
A few more years and have been a masseur for about a year
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
Once a month and kinda does it for me. I hate airports.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Yes. You should have plenty of knowledge about the body and its muscles. How to relieve tension and massage efficiently. Not only for the well being of your client but your own. You can injure nerves in your palms and a few other things. There really are techniques out there that all masseurs should study. Certified or not. Its important.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
Happy with the experience. Definitely relaxed and satisfied, but also the difference in their body and posture after the massage. I want them to be able to feel a difference in their breathing and no tension in their muscles.
