- Yes, my first client was someone I train in the gym with. He was a fantastic Guinea pig as he is very vascular and defined. I was able to get in between those gluteal fibres and make him squeak haha.
- Like they could float. There should be also some muscle pain where I’ve unknotted them but more or less lighter and satisfied… if you know what I mean
- Very addictive. It’s an intuitive discipline where you’re constantly reading the clients body language. I find it really rewarding when the muscles reacts and release under the right techniques and pressure
