JCVancouver's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
My First client was a very shy guy who had never received a massage by a man before. It took no time for him to be confortable on my table. I showed him that I was a professional, kind and normal guy.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
I would miss it if I ever stopped. I have taken long breaks (5 years off...twice) and missed it a lot. I really enjoy giving my time, energy and passion to my clients. It makes me feel happy to see them leave very happy with my service.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I am very easy and very confortable to be around. I enjoy life and do not take any day for granted. Meeting new people excites me very much. I always great my guest with a big smile.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
I consider myself in the top as far as how my massage session goes down. I get massages myself every month whenever possible and I know right away if someone isn't good or lacks experience. I have been doing this for so long that I have come up with a very good session that I enjoy and my client leave happy at the end.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Relaxed, happy, relieved and satisfied.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Bike ride, hike , swim and lift weights.
Why did you become a Masseur?
Because I love getting them myself and enjoy touching the male body from head to toe.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Go get trained!
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
My personality and my combined techniques I have accumulated over many years doing this service.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
Over 20 years in the business and hope to have the strength to continue to make people feel good for years to come.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
Don't travel for work at all; but if someone pays my way then we can talk:)
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Yes.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
Very Happy!
