At the heart of my practice is a commitment to individualized care. I take the time to understand your specific concerns, whether you're dealing with chronic pain, tension, stress, or simply looking for compassionate human touch and connection. With a focus on creating an inclusive and welcoming atmosphere, I strive to provide each client with a transformative experience tailored to their needs.
I offer both in-home sessions and a comfortable studio setting, allowing you to choose the environment that best suits your preference. My goal is to help you release, rejuvenate, and reconnect to your sense of balance and harmony.
When I’m not practicing massage therapy, you can find me outdoors with my two pups, practicing or teaching yoga, or spending time with my tribe. I believe that wellness is a holistic journey, and I am always eager to learn and grow alongside my clients.
