Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
My family origin and culture is revolved around being caregivers and nurturing those needing a healing touch. I've been working on family and friends since I was a child and not til college did I realize I could use my skills to support my community. I've studied many many natural modalities and compliment every treatment customized for the each client's needs. I layer the senses with healing attributes that amplify the process to send you into a state of bliss and reviving you to a state of bliss.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Masseur time is therapeutic not only to the client but to the practitioner as well. I thrive on helping others and am inspired by the many new clients that have become great friends.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Success is perspective; I have recurring clients for years now ...I would constitute that as success.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I support wellness and longevity and am a resource to support a better quality of life for all.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
blissful and amazed by an unprecedented experience.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy being on the ocean, especially when paddling an outrigger canoe. I also dance traditional hula and love to listen emotionally moving music.
Why did you become a Masseur?
I realized I can make a difference in the wellness and longevity of my family, friends and community.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Have a treatment at least once a month. It's therapeutic more ways then the obvious.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I subscribe to traditional Hawaiian style invoking spirit to use me as a conduit and vessel in the healing process. I apply compassion and healing love, light and energy.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
All my years I've naturally been drawn to massage. Touch therapy is a way of life.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I travel as often as I can get away. I enjoy experiencing new adventures.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Listen. Respect. and Compassion for each and every new encounter is needed.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
I have been known to leave my client's saying, "That was amazing"!
