Beyond western therapeutic massage I practice incorporate eastern bodywork and philosophies in my treatments. I can provide vigorous and gentle massage. Sessions go like this: after arriving I do some assessments to determine how you and your body are feeling and then I tailor the treatment to meet your needs.

One of my favorite things about massage is discovering new areas one didn’t realize needed work or you thought needed work, but really was the result of another muscle group causing the underlying issue/issues.
