I specialize in full-body Deep Tissue, Swedish, and Sports massage. With a lifetime of experience as an athlete and 8 years as a Massage Therapist, I can address any aches or knots, using my knees and feet for extra deep tissue work if requested.
In addition to massage therapy, I offer personal fitness training in gyms, nature, or online. My effective exercise programs are tailored to your specific needs.

Another AMAZING massage with Leo. He is by far one of the best. He is well versed in massage technique. Super laid back and friendly. Very focused on his job. 100% the best. Money VERY WELL spent.
Leo is HANDS DOWN the best. My first massage experience was GREAT. He is a very personable and polite man. He is very professional and without doubt very experienced as a massage therapist. I dont like little feather massages....if I get a massage, I like the massage directed at taking care of sore muscles. Leo definitely knows how to do that. I have had a few massages with him now and every time I leave feeling so much better. I recommend him without question! He also doesn't make you feel rushed or uncomfortable at all. Everything about the experiences I have had thus far have been far better than I could have expected.
I just had my first massage by Leo and it was fantastic! His knee technique was something I never had before and I loved it. This guy was also friendly and I felt very comfortable and relaxed with him. 5 stars!!!
