I’m an athletic, very fit and kind guy with an extensive background in massage therapy, weightlifting, personal training, and athletics. I completely understand what it takes to release the tension and stress your body is under from your day to day grind.
I specialize in the following types of massage:

Swedish - An all-body massage with light to firm pressure using long gliding strokes. This is great for someone who wants a “complete” full-body massage.

Deep Tissue - This massage will target certain areas and apply an ample amount of pressure to certain trouble spots. Usually these areas will require deep pressure over longer periods of time.

Sports Massage - A massage that focuses on sore muscles to heal over used areas - using deep pressure and repetitive soothing strokes.

Stretching Session with Massage - This session would include massage with mobility movements to areas where joints and muscles are tight.
