My standard session is a combination of thai stretching Massage, Shiatsu, Swedish, Deep Tissue ,Sports massage and Reflexology. I can use strong pressure or lighter pressure relaxing according to your needs. I work on a professional massage spa in Tallahassee and a comfortable space with a calming atmosphere generated through unobtrusive music and my own sense of inner peace. Strong pressure, muscle-focused work in the areas you need it most are balanced with gentle pressure and kneading techniques to other areas of your body.

Martin was very easy to communicate with to arrange for a massage at his studio after a week of heavy car travel with work. He has a clean and relaxing studio and went right to work easing my tense/sore muscles. He checks in frequently to check on pressure and digs in when he feels a knot. It didn't take long and I was very relaxed as he was loosening up my tight muscles. I hope to visit him again soon on my next visit.
