A small background about myself: I've been working out for about 15 years, have been a certified personal trainer for 6, and certified in yoga for 4. Health and fitness is a huge part of my life! I also enjoy the outdoors and traveling. I write music in any possible spare time that I have (which isn't often, sadly).

Being a natural bodybuilder (meaning not on steroids, testosterone, etc), please understand that I am not lean and shredded year-round. During the summertime, I maintain about 12% bodyfat (the photos that you see on this website). During the winter, since I eat a bit more to try and gain more muscle, I sit around 14-15%. I still have abs during this time, just a bit less visible. I am of course willing to send a current photo anytime if I have availability to do so.

Please be aware that I work a job that requires 60-70 hours of my week other than massage, in addition to being a personal trainer, so I may not respond to you right away.

Please be upfront and clear in your expectations of our experience, and I will do the same. Your energy/vibe is very important to me, as is yours should be for me. I use reiki and energy in my practice.
