I specialise in classic Swedish and deep tissue massage, a combination of long soft strokes designed to soothe and improve circulation, and some firmer kneading to tackle any tension in your back, neck and thighs. However, every session is completely personalized to meet the needs.
I can also provide more robust sports or deep tissue massage if you are struggling with serious muscular pain, or therapeutic massage to help you recover from injury or workout.
The services are aimed at relieving stresses, and tension, reducing pain, improving circulation, and recovering from sports activities. I can help you de-stress at the end of a hectic week or ease your muscles after a really hard workout.
