Ryan is incredible!
First off, he is a fitness god—amazing physique. I felt that I had made the right choice as soon as I met him. He’s quiet and speaks softly and he made me feel relaxed and at ease right away.
His home is very easy to find and parking is plentiful on this quiet street. His studio is clean and lit beautifully. There are vibrant, healthy plants and greenery in the space, that further create a relaxing and lovely environment.
He asked me what were the areas to focus on. I told him that I’m very much into fitness—I lift or run 7 days a week. I let him know I had run 7 miles the day before and that my hamstrings and calves are sore. They’re typically very tight and could use some deep tissue work. I also mentioned my Achilles tendons were also sore. He got right on it and went to work and gave me the best deep tissue work I have ever had. He applied the right pressure throughout, while he checked in with me to see how I was doing. At times I hated him because it hurt so good—LOL.
I really like Ryan because he knows his stuff. He’s the real deal. If you are fit and work out or cross-train hard all the time, Ryan is your only choice. He REALLY knows the body and understands fitness, exercise and muscle physiology. He knows how to get into the areas that are often most overworked and neglected. He knows how to work out knots and tension and tightness. He knows how to apply the right amount of pressure and when to ease up to attain the best results. He knows firsthand how sore and tired worked out muscles, joints and connective tissue become and how to help them recover quickly and thoroughly.
I will absolutely book more and more appointments with this incredible guy. Ryan is by far the best masseur I’ve ever had.
He’s a badasss!
