I own and operate a private training studio, Body Temple LA, in mid-city LA, for the past 4 years. I've worked as a certified Personal Trainer for 15 years, with a wide range of certifications over the years that have given my very strong hands a rather intuitive approach to deep tissue and sports massages, the two types of massages I typically give.
While charisma and ***-appeal are undoubtedly the primary reasons anyone hires anyone here, I'm also very knowledgeable about the body, why it hurts the way it does, and how to fix most aches and pains. I combine massage work with my extensive years of Mobility training, using a range of tools like foam rollers, lacrosse balls, Theragun, and more to unlock soft tissues causing you pain.

Run, don’t walk, to Carlos’ table! I get a couple dozen massages a year and only repeat the very best masseurs which includes how I connect with the masseur. Carlos’ quick response and detailed information about the experience made me very comfortable with the fact that he would see to it that my massage would be what I was looking for and be customized to my wishes. The massage was terrific. He has a convenient place with easy parking, a warm, comfortable atmosphere and a welcoming table. During my massage, he continually checked in on the pressure and to see if I wanted more or less focus on specific trouble spots. Had my first massage with Carlos and will definitely be back! My body is very tight with many knots. Carlos evaluated and went to work. He absolutely knows his craft. He is completely focused on the client and continually communicates to be sure pressure is right and focused on the client’s needs.
