OnlyMatt's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
As a newly certified massage therapist, I vividly remember the excitement and nervousness I felt when I got my first client. It was a moment that marked the beginning of my journey into the world of healing touch and holistic wellness. The experience was a mix of anticipation, curiosity, and a touch of apprehension, but it turned out to be a truly memorable and rewarding encounter.
And BTW, he's been coming for a massage every month since the beginning.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I have come to realize that true happiness and fulfillment come from embracing who we are at our core and not being afraid to show the world our true selves. By being authentic, we attract like-minded individuals who appreciate us for who we truly are, rather than who we pretend to be.Which makes chemistry even easier to develop
Why did you become a Masseur?
To make money. Then, finally, it opened me up to an exchange between people who are so prelivigious. I meet really interesting people who keep coming back, which adds a really interesting dimension.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I don't get out and about very often, but I like it. It's more that most of the guys who come to see me are looking to escape their daily lives.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
I’m addictive to the stress reduction. Engaging in massages that are addictive can offer essential stress relief. The comforting touch and state of relaxation can assist in releasing tension and fostering a feeling of tranquility.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
Less than a year ago, I embarked on a new chapter in my life. It was a decision that filled me with anticipation and a touch of apprehension. Little did I know then, that this new path I had chosen would become an integral part of my identity, one that I couldn't imagine myself without.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Success is a concept that is deeply ingrained in our society. From a young age, we are taught to strive for success, to work hard, and to achieve our goals. But what does success really mean? Is it measured by wealth, fame, or power? Or is success something more personal, something that is defined by our own values and aspirations?Success is not just about reaching a specific goal or milestone. It is about the journey, the growth, and the lessons learned along the way. It is about pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone, taking risks, and overcoming challenges. It is about embracing failure as a learning opportunity and staying true to your vision, even when faced with obstacles.
So I guess yes ?!
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
Customer satisfaction is the cornerstone of every endless business. It's the key that unlocks loyalty, positive reviews, and repeat business.
In this post, we'll delve into the art of keeping customers happy. Let's explore effective strategies to ensure your customers are not just satisfied, but delighted with their experience.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Providing a massage can be physically demanding. The repetitive motions and pressure exerted can strain muscles and joints. It requires focus to maintain proper technique and avoid causing discomfort to the client. Adequate strength and endurance are essential for a massage therapist to deliver consistent and effective treatments.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
only one thing. There’s only one Matt.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
The success of a business often hinges on the loyalty and satisfaction of its clients. A strong client base not only supports the growth of a business but also provides valuable feedback and referrals, contributing to its continued success. When clients feel valued and appreciated, they are more likely to remain loyal and recommend the business to others, creating a positive cycle of growth and prosperity.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Creating and performing in photoshoots and videos can be a fulfilling hobby. It allows you to express yourself creatively and capture memorable moments. Through these visual mediums, you have the opportunity to showcase your unique style and share your perspective with others. The process of planning, executing, and editing your work can be both challenging and rewarding, leading to personal growth and skill development. That’s what I really like
