ParadiseMassage's Massage Interview
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I like to bike, travel, work out, read, write, sleep, change paradigms and hang with friends. I'm never bored.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
Love to travel. So far i've been to: Argentina, Barbados, Brazil, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Dominican Republic, England, France, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Haiti, Italy, Jamaica, Mexico, Netherlands, Nicaragua, Panama, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Senegal, South Africa, Spain, St. Lucia, Sweden, Thailand, Tortola BVI, Turkey, Trinidad & Tobago, Vietnam, and throughout the USA. But i love being home, too!
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
There are those that do it without training, but training lets the therapist be more effective and training provides a foundation from which to grow.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
i have extensive schooling, but also am mentored by an acclaimed osteopath who teaches me many techniques no one else uses. Plus i can use my body in away that gives a feeling at times of getting a four handed massage. I blend several techniques into an amazing session.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
I would like my clients to feel refreshed, rejuvenated and at peace with the world. :)
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
Amazed.
