PowerTouch's Massage Interview
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Absolutely... when I’m done and see the relief and smile on the faces of my client, it givesme the indication that I have done what I came to do.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
If you have the skill, put it to use. There is too much tension in the world. Let’s bring relief to people
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I enjoy giving massages. My goal is to please and to leave you wanting more.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
It’s been almost 10 years now and yes I would continue. The friendships and connections I’ve made are what makes it worth it
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
My first client was a 35 year old guy who actually told me about this site. He waited for me to sign up and requested my service. It’s memorable because he moaned so much I had to tell him the neighbors might be concerned. He loved my work and I’ve been his go to masseur.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
It is. I have days when I’ve worked from 7am to 12am because I was feeling bad to turn my clients down. I love to stay busy and I get booked very quickly which give me the satisfaction of work. I wouldn’t miss it because when I meet a client my goal is to connect all more levels beyond just massage.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
They would feel like an angel touched them. I like to leave them satisfied with big smiles on their face. I cater to their needs. Sometimes all some of my clients need is someone to hold them. I adapt to the needs of clients.
Why did you become a Masseur?
Because I enjoy looking at the human body. We are all powerfully and uniquely made. And the joy I bring when I’m able to heal someone’s pain makes me happy.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
Hiking, cooking, long drives and reading. Looking to explore other hobbies too
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
Love to travel that’s why I’m in the US NAVY. I have been to over 15 countries so far.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
What sets me apart is I only think about my clients and not other masseurs. When I’m done, they should be breathless.I work speaks for it sells.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Absolutely and learning from other masseurs
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
Sense of relief. Satisfied. Drained of every pain. Wanting more.
