UPDATE after chatting with Quang and scheduling a revisit: He is new to the area and had just moved into a place where others were in process of leaving; thus the clutter, etc. He has a brand new massage table, clean linen, professionally cleaned place, and is eager to establish a good studio. I encourage you to now give him a try!
Caution to all: if you enter a massage therapist's home and there's indications that the person does not provide a clean/welcoming environment, LEAVE! Be sure to check the person's bathroom as immediate indication of how clean they are. Also be cautious if person does not provide table and/or clean linen on bed for the session. Enough said.
