Passionate LMT with a love of men’s wellness
My name is Mike, and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist.
I feel Like much of the health and wellness industry is geared towards women which is okay, but, I would like to help men.
My focus is in lymphatic drainage, Myofascial release, Swedish, and Deep tissue.
I work well with athletes and have an interest in helping you improve at your sport or relax after a demanding session.
It is my personal ethos that it is important for a therapist to meet a client at their level, checking in with frequent communication, but also following my intuition and listening to your body.
I understand every body is different and so is every massage.
I have nearly 1000 hours of education, and enjoy what I do and am capable of.
I work particularly well with injuries, from acute to post acute, to sudden trauma (like sprains, strains, and tears), to repetitive motion injuries (like knots that have bothered you for years).
HOWEVER, I still enjoy providing relaxing full body massage and the art form- the dance it is. My goal is to pack as many solid techniques as I can into your session to make sure you become relaxed and stay there Long enough to get a breather from the stress of daily life.
