My massage style is firm to very firm to effectively relieve muscular tension, break down adhesion's, mobilise soft tissues and reduce pain.
Depending on your specific needs, the techniques that I use includes kneading, trigger point therapy and myofascial release.

Facial massage and reflexology could be added to the end of the full body massage session.(Optional, recommended minimum 90-120mins session)

Calm and relaxing space in a temperature controlled room, soft lighting, with a curated playlist designed to help you clear your mind.
