1) Rich returned my initial text promptly..He sent me a list of services and fees.
2) He confirmed the day of the massage and gave me updates on his progress to my house.
3) Upon arrival we discussed my needs, expectations and a brief orthopedic history.
4) Rich quickly put me at ease creating a relaxed environment. He was able to intuitively discover my areas of muscle tension, dysfunction and spasticity. He constantly checked on my welfare.
