Rukenny

Had the absolute pleasure of meeting up with Alex today after a 15 hour flight. It was the perfect way to relax, unwind and get out all the knots. Alex is an extremely skilled masseur, using multiple massage modalities including deep pressure, trigger point, hot stone, and excellent body pressure.
He has a great spacious set up in WeHo and the ambience is set well with great calming music. I was fortunate to also benefit from Alex’s knowledge of astrology.
An extra benefit is that the is super handsome, gym built to perfection with a great physique and is totally charming. If I was living in LA, I’d be a regular for sure.

I made an appointment with Rukenny for a 90 minute massage. All in all it was a incredible massage. As someone who gets massages often, Rukenny used techniques that I have not experienced before. Rukenny has great energy, is very intuitive, knows his way around the human body, & has great touch. During the massage Rukenny & I discussed several health issues which men face & he shared information that I found very useful. Thank you for sharing the information Rukenny. If you are in need of a great massage definitely reach out to Rukenny you will not regret it!

Wow. I guess I had my doubts about Rukenny ($200 for a bed massage by a traveling masseur is a big gamble but I’m so glad I went thought with the appointment). First off, he is super friendly and cordial and makes every attempt to give you a spa-like experience (soothing music, nicely scented massage oil, etc).

Now for the massage itself. His fingers are INCREDIBLY strong. Unlike a lot of masseurs who use sweeping hand motions, he used individual fingers to get in deep and really knead all of my knots. He also makes good use of a gua sha scraper along your neck, shoulders, and back. And he does a really interesting spine massage up and down your back. Over half of the appointment was spent on my shoulders and back but I think a majority of us hold the most tension there anyway.

Again, I had low expectations going into the massage for whatever reason and I was blown away by Rukenny’s technique. If I’m ever in LA I’ll be sure to schedule another appointment with him!
