What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
As a masseur, my advice for creating a sensual and relaxing massage experience would be to focus on creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere for your client. Use warm lighting, calming music, and soothing scents to help set the mood. Start with gentle and flowing strokes to help your client relax and get into a state of deep relaxation. Pay close attention to their breathing and adjust your touch accordingly. Use your intuition and creativity to incorporate different techniques and modalities to tailor the massage to your client's specific needs and desires. Most importantly, remember to be present with your client and create a safe and nurturing space for them to let go of any tension or stress and connect with their body and spirit.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I absolutely love to travel for clients and host them in my home as well! There's something very exciting and invigorating about exploring new places and meeting new people, and I think that providing massage services in different locations can add an extra layer of intimacy and connection to the experience. At the same time, I also appreciate the comfort and familiarity of my own home, and I think that being able to host clients in a welcoming and nurturing space can be a powerful way to deepen the therapeutic benefits of massage. Whether I'm on the road or at home, my ultimate goal is always to create a safe and supportive environment for my clients to relax, let go of their worries, and fully connect with their bodies and spirits. So whether I'm traveling or staying put, my passion for massage remains the same, and I'm always eager to explore new ways to enhance the massage experience for my clients.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
I believe I am a successful masseur, but I'm always striving to improve and learn more. Success, to me, is not just about having a steady stream of clients or earning a good income. It's also about the satisfaction of knowing that I'm helping people feel better in their own bodies. I take pride in my ability to customize each massage to the client's needs and preferences, and to make them feel comfortable and relaxed in my presence. So, while I believe I am successful as a masseur, I never want to become complacent and always want to keep growing and improving.
