Here is a little bit of information about me. I am a Body worker and Therapist trained in various energy modalities as well as having been certified as a Yoga Teacher, Meditation Teacher and Personal Trainer. I am also trained in various bodywork and energy modalities including training as a Certified Thai Yoga or Assisted Yoga Body worker. Lastly, as far as academia, I have a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree.
My stats: Age 53, 5’5”, 150 lbs., brown eyes, black hair, slender, fit and toned athletic swimmer’s build, masculine Native American male.

Thai Yoga Bodywork / Assisted Yoga (with optional Deep Tissue Point Work)
Bioenergy Session (Swedish Style session with optional Deep Tissue Work)
Lomi Lomi Nui- Hawaiian Temple Bodywork/ Kahuna Bodywork on the table (with optional Deep Tissue Work)
Thai style Bodywork involves stretching and optional deep tissue work and is given on a mat on the floor and tends to be more invigorating.
Bioenergy style Bodywork involves long gliding strokes and kneading and is given on a massage table and tends to be more relaxing.
Kahuna style Bodywork incorporates long, flowing, dance-like strokes, often using the forearms and generous amounts of oil while two parts of the body are often worked at the same time including gentle stretches and joint rotations. Typically, due to the amount of oil used, the client is placed directly on the vinyl cloth of the table with a towel placed below them and a sheet or towel placed on top of them.
