I offer therapeutic, relaxation and tantric/sensual bodywork and am centrally located in the neighborhood of North Park in San Diego. I have studied over 1500 hours at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine (PCOM) to obtain my Holistic Health Practitioner (HHP) status. I am certified in Corrective Exercise through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM).
My style incorporates Asian modalities, as well as western massage techniques. Although I offer an excellent relaxation massage using a spa-like approach with essential oils and hot towels, my specialty is in therapeutic massage. My therapeutic approach assists in aches/pains and injury recovery. I focus on deep tissue to release adhesions, as well as stretching exercises using Perioceptive Neromuscular Faciltation (PNF) to increase range of motion, improve performance and reduce the chance of injury. I also utilize Asian techniques such as cupping and gua sha to relieve stagnation, promote blood flow and reduce pain. My fitness minded clients have found my approach to be the perfect complement to an active lifestyle. My more mature clients have benefited through increased range of motion and reduction in chronic pain.
For those who want a more sensual session, I am unclothed and my clients are undraped. I like to start the massage with any therapeutic issues and then move into a more sensual touch, letting my hands wander to stimulate my client. I like to feel out my clients and intuitively respond with what they want and need. Every client responds to my touch differently and may want different types of stimulation. I’m open to some mutual touch based on mutual comfort. My goal is to make sure my client is comfortable, relaxed and happy with the experience.
