Today was my 16th day of Covid and I finally tested negative. This was a brutal 3rd round and I’m healing residual symptoms, so I’ll be reopening soon! When I re-open I’ll have some good discounts to gift you with for your patience for solo sessions. Four-hand opportunities with myself and Mercury will be available, however he will be away for a few weeks, so if you want those sessions, don’t wait.

Please take good care of yourselves during this winter season. There are so many I know who aren’t feeling their best.

Here are some tips to keeping healthy during the surge, or if you need, to help you heal.

1. Rest - We all have different ways of resting. Find ways to rest your physical body, as well as rest your mind and soul.

2. Nutrients - I’m not a doctor, but I find immunity shots, tea, green juices, root veggies, and supplements to be extra helpful at this time of year.

3. Spiritual Healing - Meditation, prayer, and various other spiritual tools and methods ground and center me mentally, emotionally & spiritually.

4. Massages - Get stretched & have your energy moved around as your muscles heal.

5. Sleep - Period.

It’s been ages since I’ve posted, considering I’m typically a daily blogger. Covid is the reason why. It turns out I got COVID while on the trip and the last few days were touch and go. I found out I was positive once I returned back to NY and my health quickly got much worse. I have mostly been sleeping and caring for myself, and fur children. Today is day 13 and while I’m over the worst of it and I am improving, I’m not quite ready to open yet. I would love to re-open later in the week at the latest. I have been taking it day-by-day.

Covid didn’t disappear and it’s certainly not the only virus going around right now. It’s important to take care of yourself by giving yourself the self-care you need. Eat nutrient dense foods, cook more than going out, wear attire which is weather appropriate, take good care to tend to basic hygiene, take whatever actions your doctors prescribe, while also doing your research to make the best choices for you.

The key to not getting sick is to modulate your stress because it opens you up to these things. Massages are great way to take care of yourself. Reach out to hear about services & I’ll see you soon!

Today was my last day in Santa Fe - for now. I’ve had a wild journey this trip and it seems that Santa Fe always has a way of shaking things up. There’s always a transformation. I had a ton of wonderful times with my family and other times with my family.😅 My last day was spent pampered and loved, which is about the best way to spend it! I’m ready to get home to NY and get settled into the New Year!

This year I’m planning on gaining new knowledge and training to improve my skills even further to provide the best possible experiences. As always, the promise is unforgettable. I desire to provide the type of service you desire and even more, what you need. Everything is customized to you, ensuring deeper healing, increased pleasure, and a bliss extending beyond the session itself.

Of course, four-hand will still be available with myself and @MercuryRising. More traveling is on the table this year, so wherever you are, let us know if you’d like us to travel to you! In-calls and our-calls will still be welcomed.
