I’m a professional dancer, artist and bodyworker visiting the Bay Area for the month of May.

During my visit I’m offering sessions of the Ilan-Lev method, an Israeli bodywork method that combines Sihatsu, Feldenkrais and Rocking.

The modalities I work with seeks to break the habitual movement patterns of our day to day with an emphasis on bringing new possibilities of movement into the body. The vibrations of the Rocking activates the parasympathetic nervous system allowing the body to enter a state of deep relaxation. In combination with movement this allows the muscular fascia tension to soften, creating a physical state of sensual rejuvenating rest and recharge.

Feeling safe, held and cared for are important qualities in my work.
I always create space and time to communicate desires, boundaries and intentions both before and during our session in order to create a significant experience.

As I’m visiting I prefer to travel but could potentially host.
The body work I offer can easily be performed on a bed and can be done both nude and with clothes.
