Time for a tune up?
I offer three routines:
FINE TUNE: FULL BODY – 60 mins
Restore physical balance and unwind your mind. A full hour, full body therapeutic massage routine which is intended to reduce stress and increase energy levels, alleviate tension and stiffness and promote general relaxation. Naturist option available please ask.
PIT STOP: DESK BUSTER – 30 mins
A therapeutic massage break focused on the back, neck, shoulders, head and arms to restore balance for those that spend too long looking at a screen every day.
PIT STOP: LEG DAY RECOVERY – 30 mins
A therapeutic massage break that works on the glutes, thighs, calves and rounds off with the feet - to relive tension after a heavy workout or intensive run.
I’m also able to customise routines if you have specific requirements, just ask. Fully vaxxed for covid & Mpox.
I'm based near Canary Wharf and available lunchtimes, evenings and weekends - message me for availability.

I had such a wonderful massage with Alex. I've loads of massages and to be honest I often get bored really quickly but I was zonked out and relaxed instantly. I'd done a big workout the day before and Alex expertly teased out all my aches and pains I felt so restored.
I have just had the best therapeutic massage in a long while! Alex is such a nice guy , what’s more he is very easy on the eye, his photos on here really don’t do him justice. He works out of a smart location only 3 mins from the closest station, he answered my messages promptly and arrangements were very easy to make. I have already booked a second appointment which is unheard of for me. A solid 5 stars
