TopRated's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
Oh yes! It was back in 2013 when I received the training in NYC I moved to Florida and I started my practice there. I was very nervous, but I always can keep my emotions in control, so I provided a very professional massage and at the end we both were happy, but I will definitely never forget that day!
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Absolutely! I've been practicing a massage therapy for over 5 years, I take my job very seriously and have a long list of my loyal clients that come back to me monthly. They know they will never leave disappointed. I always do my best, put lots of energy in what I do and provide a legit and very sensual massage.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
As I already mentioned, I've been doing massages for over 5 years. Massage is a true art for me, doing a massage I feel myself in a different dimension, it puts my mind in a meditating state. A human body for me is like a canvas for an artist, I'm sure my clients can feel it and that's what I think differs me from other masseurs. The first word I usually hear at the end is "wow!" and I'm sure I will continue my practice for many more years!
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Extensive training is absolutely necessary, but it also requires a lot of practice and most importantly talent! You have to be able to feel the human body. I always talk to my clients and attentively listen about their problem areas, but I can close my eyes and find the problem spots with just my hands and without asking questions.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I love traveling both for work and pleasure! I traveled to many countries and while visiting a new city I usually go to a local spa to get a massage and try different and new techniques! Trust me, I never stop learning and that's what keeps me evolving as a professional!
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
It is addictive! A year ago I had to take a break for a month and I remember missing that human touch and energy exchange!
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
I live for that moment when I hear from my clients "This is the best massage I ever had!" I want them leave revitalized and relived from a daily stress! A happy client at the end makes me happy!
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
In my spare time I love traveling the world, meditating at the lonely beaches of Bahia and connecting with the universe or walking the streets of Paris or Barcelona.
