I am a licensed massage therapist and personal trainer specializing in working on the male body. Weather you are needing relief from a tight or achey neck or back or if you are just coming in for some general stress relief, i've got ya covered.
I get many txts and emails asking to trade pics or from folks that just want to chat. I do appreciate the compliments that I receive regularly however I appreciate if you contact me only if you are serious about booking a massage. This is my full time occupation and I work 7 days a week. It can be frustrating to enter conversations with folks who are not planning on booking. I'm sure it's not hard to understand where I am coming from.
Another service I offer complimentary to the massage, is free nutrition and exercise advice which can be discussed during the massage. Once you follow through for one booking, I am always willing to answer any fitness related questions through txt. I am happy to share my specific workout regimen and my knowledge on a few common issues that not all trainers are super experienced with: muscle activation for those not responding to certain exercises and shoulder pain from impingement which usually effects all who exercise sooner or later.
From booking massages full time for over 5 years, I have found certain red flags that increase the odds that the person does not follow through with their appointment. As I do this as my primary source of income, I greatly appreciate serious inquiries only. Please be prepared to give your first name and preferred time and duration of massage. Thanks!
