I love to bring in a importance of breath and going on a journey within. Where all your emotions are welcome, is it joy and desire, or shame and sadness. My roots come from far North East-Europe, where connection to nature has a strong importance in life and people used to live in a synchronicity with a moon. Living close the the sea has taught me the cleansing power of the elements, that I also incorporate into my body-work, with strokes empowered by a flow of water, grounding earth, lightness of air and awakening energy of fire.
