I offer a full body massage session, I use body mechanics to focus on areas of need, covering areas that need attention, freeing you from stress and worries.
I am easy going, polite and respectful to everyone!
My massage studio is clean, quiet and provides the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. With soft music and candles, you will feel at ease from the moment you walk in. I use only the best equipment including a massage table, warm towels and massage oil or lotion with a light scent of your choice.

Vlad is an excellent massage therapist and his long flowing strokes with medium pressure were perfect for relieving my stress and soothing my aching lower back and my neck. He has a great space with a convenient location. He checked with me often to make sure I was doing okay. I was more than okay and actually drifted off for a while. Friendly to talk with and nonjudgmental. This was my first session with him and I hope to go back very soon. Super nice, handsome guy. Definitely make an appointment with him!
Amazing session ! Very nice , made sure he hit all my trouble spots . He is absolutely gorgeous. Was not rushed , he took his time to find out what I needed and wanted . I will definitely be booking again .
Awesome Awesome Just Awesome. I had massage with many other massagers and i would say Vlad is one of the best.He was very focus on my needs and keep checking if I was felling well. I had pain in my whole body including spine and neck , He make sure i am getting relaxed. There are many massagers who will do massage for 30,40 mins then they will stop saying kind of done. He was not looking into time and was more focus on my comfort. he took care of all my request with very ease, good in talking and very simple man. he explain about what i should do to take care of my body also.I just simply love his massage.

What is sports massage?
Sports massage is a type of massage designed to help athletes before, during and after training.
Sports massage can help you to:

The aim of sports massage is to:
-relax your muscles

-release stress that can build up in the soft tissues of your body during exercise
what is Swedish massage?
Swedish massage is also known as a classic massage, and is the most common type of massage practiced in the United States and the western world. It is based on a modern understanding of anatomy and physiology, and is performed on a massage table with either oil or lotion.
Swedish massage therapists will employ a variety of techniques throughout the massage including (but certainly not limited to) long gliding stokes towards the heart to promote circulation and lymph flow, compression on major muscle groups and attachment sights to gently release tense muscles, and passive joint movements to keep joints health and lubricated.
There is no particular order or protocol for a Swedish massage, and each therapist will bring their own unique energy and toolset to the table. Some therapists will incorporate deep tissue and other advanced techniques as requested and on targeted areas, but the overall intention of a Swedish massage is to relax, energize and loosen tightened muscles in a gentle and compassionate way.

1. Be as receptive and open to the massage process as possible.
2. Don’t eat just before a massage session. Let your body digest your meal first.
3. Be on time. If you arrive in a frenzied, rushed state, it may take longer to relax.
4. Take off only as much clothing as you are comfortable removing. If you don’t want to remove your clothing, wear clothing that will be comfortable during the massage and will allow the massage therapist to touch and move the areas of your body you expect will need to be massaged.
5. Privacy – The therapist will either leave the room or otherwise provide privacy while you undress. A sheet or towel is provided for draping during the massage and the therapist will uncover only the part of your body being massaged, ensuring that modesty is respected at all times.
