Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I am multilingual. I speak English, Spanish and I use American Sign Language.
I am a people person, and never met an animal I didn’t like. I am empathetic and care for people.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Yes, after 20 years of doing Massage, I pride myself on having many return clients and many satisfied new comers.
Why did you become a Masseur?
In my youth I was a gymnast, and I learned the value and importance of massage. Keeping muscles supple and healthy is the key to feeling good and being able to move fluidly.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Relax and feeling better.
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
After going to Massage school for 2 years, I realized how much I love helping people from all walks of life.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I love superhero movies, I am an artist so love to paint and I absolutely love my fur babies.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
It’s hard work but it’s well worth it.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I have training, education, but most of all I am compassionate.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
I have been a massage therapist for 20 years now, and will continue as long as I am able.
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I occasionally travel but I am also a home body.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Absolutely, after all it is a career.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
I want them to feel relax, and happy that they came to see me.
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
I wouldn’t say it’s addicting, I would say it’s rewarding. And yes I would miss it and my clients.
