This policy regulates the handling of illegal content or abusive events to ensure that any misuse of our websites and services gets addressed promptly. has established the present policy and procedure to comply with various regulations, requirements and internal standards. Our abuse and other complaints handling methods are in line with the Card Schemes Standards, rules and regulations for adult content merchants, as well as with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and other international laws and practices. Illegal Content and Abuse Notification Requirements

Any complaints submitted must comply with the below requirements, and non-compliance might result in a delay of the notification handling or even an inaccurate (legal) processing of your submitted notification.

  1. The notification must be submitted to: or through the contact form on our website.
  2. The illegal content complaint or the abuse notification must be submitted in German or English language.
  3. It must Include the type of abuse: child abuse, harassing, human trafficking, sex trafficking, nonconsensual or other illegal content or event, or personal data violation, trademark infringements, copyright infringements, scamming / hacking, spam, or phishing.
  4. It must include your personal name, your company name (if applicable), as well as your address, telephone number and email address.
  5. It must include a clear description why the content mentioned is illegal or abusive.
  6. It must include evidence to verify your complaint.
    • Include the URL of the content’s location that is allegedly assigned to our website.
    • In case of child abuse, harassing, human trafficking or other illegal content or event, hacking or scamming include a description of the alleged illegal activities and any proofs, screenshots, URL, etc;
    • In case of depicted person claim for removal of content include ID for identification.
    • In case of ‘trademark infringement,’ include the official trademark registration number and accompanying details with a description of your trademark being infringed upon.
    • In case of ‘copyright infringement,’ include a clear description of the allegedly copyright infringed work(s) and content; this must also include a copy of the infringed work(s), or else an IP address where your copyrighted work(s) can be found.
    • In case of phishing websites provide a link to the original website, where applicable.

 Complaints Policy Process

 has set fixed time frames for handling different types of complaints or abuse notifications, depending on the urgency of the notification.

 reviews and resolves all reported complaints and abuse notifications within seven (7) business days. In the event there is evidence of illegal content, the removes that content immediately.

On urgent matters is able to take action at a much shorter notice though. The urgency depends on the personal and company risks involved and the scope of potential damage for persons, companies and/or society.
