kylover's Massage Interview
Do you remember your first client ? Tell us something about that first day when you decided to be a Masseur!
The best thing about my first job was afterwards - the look of relief and satisfaction my client had on his face. I had relieved his back pain completely and he couldn't have been more grateful!
Some people say that being a Masseur is addictive. Would you miss your Masseur days ?
Oh absolutely. I love the connection.
Do you consider yourself a successful Masseur?
Yes. I work towards improvement daily.
Tell us a little about yourself, if you were to pick something what would you like your clients to absolutely know about you?
I have an identical twin. So if you see someone that loos like me in public -- before you go up and say hi and confuse the hell out of my twin, just shoot me a text haha.
How would you like someone that contacts you for a massage to feel when they leave?
Like they just took a breath of fresh air.
What are your hobbies, what do you like to do in your spare time?
I exercise, travel, go out with friends, party, and I have a baby puppy I take care of :)
Why did you become a Masseur?
I enjoy the connection
What advice would you give to someone who wants to be a Masseur?
Learn by observing and researching. Finding a masseur and bugging them for "Tips" is not the way to go.
What distinguishes you from all the other Masseurs?
I never needed this job. I do this because I have passion for it.
How long have you been a Masseur and how long do think you'd like to continue?
3 years
& hmm idk, why not go up to 10 years? haha
How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or are you more of a homebody?
I prefer traveling. I travel every day.
Is extensive training necessary for a Masseur in order to be successful?
Nope! The hard part is figuring out if the job works for you.
How do you like clients to feel about the experience when they leave?
Like they got a good deal for what they paid :)
