Had my second massage today from Baha. What a kind and gentle soul. His strong hands and intuitive mind gave me another healing massage. I’m still recovering from surgery and need to be mindful of my incision. He was very concerned and didn’t want to cause me any damage or pain. He took his time and adjusted the strength/depth of his massage to my bodies needs! I hesitate to recommend him too strongly for fear that he will become too busy to book me! Just kidding! You won’t be sorry if you give him a try!
I have been getting massages for many years but today I received the best massage I have ever had. Don’t want to be very effusive but I am serious! I recently had surgery. I have been sore and somewhat concerned about getting a massage because I didn’t want to damage my incision. Baha came to my home and showed great concern for my health and well being. He was sensitive and careful not to hurt me. At the same time, he gave me a firm, intuitive and healing massage. I feel so much better and know I will sleep like a baby tonight! Thank you kind sir for your healing attention! I have already booked for next week!
First of all, one of the sweetest people ever. Did an amazing job switched up the pressure for the appropriate spots. Good conversation was quiet when we wanted, I already booked the second session.

- One simple quote can explain: “I want to see B. again!”
- Make sure to set healthy boundaries with yourself and your clients, because if you genuinely don’t care about your clients’ individual needs, you may not be able to give them the best experience, which means communication is the key that leads you to the best outcomes. Being a Masseur, without a doubt, connects with all the concepts of caring for another human being. Sometimes uncomfortable things can happen either for you or your clients, as we are all humans, and we may not always understand each other perfectly, but as long as you keep being kind, open, caring, attentive, and respectful, there is actually no conflict you can’t resolve.
- I write novels and songs, illustrate, paint, and I love playing video games. Sometimes watching cheesy romantic comedies to figure out who is going to marry who and why, in addition to watching horror movies to face the greatness of the reality that there is not a slimy ghost trying to come out of my closet, TV or coffee mugs are super fun too!

Do you show gratitude to yourself? 🙏💖
According to UCLA’s Mindfulness Awareness Research Center, kindness alters the neural architecture of our brains and increases feelings of pleasure and fulfillment (Chowdhury, 2019). Although our individual needs and life circumstances could differ, we sometimes do not fully realize the impact we bring into other people’s lives, and I would like to share a short list of reminders so that you can recall how valuable you are:
- I appreciate my patience.
- I appreciate the joy I bring to the people I love.
- I feel so happy that I can understand the jokes that make me laugh no matter how hard life gets.
- I am thankful for my ability to learn something every day.
- I am grateful for having a kind, loving, caring, and open heart.
- I am truly appreciative for having all the years life gave me to be able to improve myself.
- I am grateful to be who I am.
- I am truly happy to be able to express myself.
Happy Thursday! 🍀

But what is even self-efficacy? 🤔
The trust in an individual’s own ability to plan and carry out the necessary actions in order to achieve specific goals is known as self-efficacy (Artino, 2012). And what are some of the ways to improve your self-efficacy? Here are some tips: 👇
💚 Determine clear objectives.
💚 Use constructive and uplifting self-talk to prevent self-doubt.
💚 Ask for constructive feedback from the people you trust.
💚 Create connections with individuals who accept you and encourage you to reach your true potential.
💚 Practice resilience by making sure to take action, look after yourself, and reach out for help.
💚 Make self-compassion a part of your life.
💚 Spend enough time to prioritize your health.
I hope you have an awesome day! 🤗

Just a friendly reminder! 💖👇
Self-affirmations enable you to consider your fundamental beliefs and other forms of self-worth, which could help you regain self-competence if you feel challenged (Cascio et al., 2015). Although positive self-affirmations are generally written according to your own needs, it is perfectly fine to use pre-made lists, and here is a short list for you:
🔶 I am loved.
🔶 My life is filled with great possibilities that will make me keep growing.
🔶 For me, trying something new and stepping out of my comfort zone is always an option.
🔶 My past does not define my future.
🔶 I can reach out for help if I need it.
🔶 I love who I am.
🔶 I only compare myself with my other versions to improve myself.
🔶 I am creative, and I can always find new ways to express my creativity.
🔶 I am the definition of attractive.
Have a marvelous Monday! 🌤️🍀
