Muscles carry the brunt of anxiety, fear, and worry and shame and if left untouched will lead to injury, a lack of joint movement, and muscle atrophy. My goal as a masseur is to change one’s outlook on how massage is not a luxury but a natural way of healing old wounds, mental and physical and turn into light to guide them into a healthy future.

- Yes. One can be naturally gifted in the art of touch but any talent requires serious dedication, skillset and knowledge of craft about the human body. Whether experience is done through schooling, self-taught, or through a mentor, learning how to heal muscles from pain, injury and anxiety is crucial when it comes to a massage practice. One must be able to define and describe muscle parts, have good body mechanics, learn muscle function, educated in its history. and understand the true meaning of healing muscles through our vessels of our own body and how our personal energy leads to greater health for someone else.

- I am an empath, so it is hard to keep your feelings/emotions hidden from me. I can sense your aura that surrounds you and can feel other’s internal pain. This is why I studied massage and holistic work as a way to fully heal from the inside out. One cannot live a fruitful life if their internal fire is dampened or worse, put out. Massage is a natural and nurturing approach to re enter life with a new phoenix of muscles and engage the world with joy.
