Your choice of oils or no oil if your skin is well moisturized. I prefer to wear only shorts as the warmth from my body as well as energy is all part of the healing process from a stressful day. Clean is a must. I shower right before the massage to get my body temperature to adjust to you as well as request a clean customer to make the penetration of oil more therapeutic. I was impressed by Matt's level of professionalism, both in terms of set-up as well as carrying out the procedure. I have been suffering from a lower disk hernia that has been bothering me on and off for about a year and a half. It was my first time to try this type of massage, so I was naturally a bit tense at the beginning, but he took time to both walk me through the steps and also understand my particular issue. Then he focused on that area, even going a bit over the scheduled time, until we both felt there is an improvement. Today like magic, there is no longer pain. In addition, Matt provided useful tips on some core strength exercises. I would definitely be booking again. Thank you very much Matt
He had a very welcoming atmosphere & placed me comfortably prior to massage. He asked few questions about my concern & all I had to do rest was to relax. He had such a nice hands & felt so good that I passed out few times. He also had very unique yet very comforting way to stretch my body. I could tell the difference right after the massage!
