Straight and friendly. I'm a New York State licensed practitioner. NFL experience before starting my private practice which now treats Broadway dancers and pro athletes. My modality is neuromuscular therapy (give it a google) and my work is deep, specific, and thorough. I personalize every treatment, and will find and release areas of tension you didn’t know you had, while explaining how to help prevent these issues from persisting.

Part of your treatment will be relaxing and part of it wont be. I give feedback on what I find (alerted one client to skin cancer), and I check in to make sure you’re not in undue pain. I work wearing a t-shirt (which i might remove if its warm) and shorts. You are welcome to wear as much or as little as you find comfortable. I offer out calls to NYC and I offer in calls at my new treatment space in Hells Kitchen. I use jojoba oil and maintain hygienic practices, showering before and after each treatment (a shower is available for you should you need one) and replacing all linens between sessions. If you want to extend your treatment, each additional half hour is just $50 more. Late night (after 10) may be available upon request but is subject to an additional charge. .
