Massage is an infusion of: Swedish, Sport, Relaxation, Deep Tissue, Shiatsu, Assisted Stretching, Neuro Muscular Bodywork. I will work and apply different modalities as they pertain to whatever might be going on, depending on what you feel you may need from a session. To relieve stress? Pain? Recovery? Or just relax.
